Job Description

Are you an experienced regional retail manager? Do you have expertise in driving additional sales? Have you got a commercial and strategic background iht large team leaders?


  • Based at a major London UK airport


  • Shopping Services Manager
  • Responsible for driving and enhancing the passenger experience and service provision throughout each terminal’s retail offering.
  • To manage a large and highly successful contract of field sales retail specialists in constantly increasing retail revenue streams including Home Delivery, Shop & Collect and Shopper Promise Returns.
  • To direct a team of over 150 personnel including account management, team management, terminal leaders, Passenger Ambassadors and Personal Shoppers.
  • Must actively focus on team initiatives to bring collectiveness, striving to exceed retail sales focused KPI’s and service expectations.
  • To support the senior management team in building relationships and to continually drive partnerships with sales ambassadors.


  • You have experience in retail sales to a senior level or have regional management.
  • You have experience of managing and leading large teams
  • You have a proven track record exceeding KPIs and SLAs and enjoy operating within a target driven environment.
  • You display enthusiasm and a clear passion for retail.
  • You come from a commercial background with an ability to adapt your approach to stakeholders with varying personalities and objectives.
