AirportTalent.com is an independent aviation jobs site and career resource for aviation professionals globally. We help connect companies hiring with aviation talent in a user-friendly way.

You can post aviation and aviation-related jobs on AirportTalent.com. We have a good sized database of experienced aviation professionals and an engaged audience, and we promote your jobs to relevant people in our network. Entry level roles and internships are also welcome. Get started and sign up now.

Who does AirportTalent.com work with?

How do I start?

  1. First go to https://airporttalent.com and click the Sign Up button in the upper-right corner.
  2. Choose as account type: Employer.
  3. If you want to, sign in with your LinkedIn profile. Otherwise simply fill in your contact information and company details. Company information such as the description and the logo can be changed anytime, but are important as job seekers will be viewing them when checking your jobs.
  4. Click the Sign Up button. You will be directed to the ‘My Account’ page. Here you can edit your company profile whenever you want.
  5. On the ‘My Account’ page you can view your job postings, but you don’t have any yet so click the ‘Post a Job’ button. You will be directed to the job pricing page.
  6. Once you are on the ‘Post a Job’ page, you can select the sort of job you want to buy. There are different kinds of jobs: Standard job 30 days, Standard job 60 days or Premium job 30 days. They have different prices and specifications. For more info, view their descriptions. And if you have multiple jobs, you can also choose a job package to get a volume discount.
  7. If you select a single job, you can first fill in the job details and then click the preview button to see how the job looks like to job seekers. After viewing the preview click the ‘Post’ button. You will be redirected to make a payment. If you have a discount code you can use it now.
  8. If you select a job package, you will immediately be redirected to payment. After you have paid, you will be able to post your jobs one by one.
  9. Before the jobs are viewable to job seekers, they have to be approved first to avoid spam. Jobs will be approved within a maximum of 2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once the job has been approved.
  10. After having posted your jobs, you can view performance statistics on the dashboard on the 'My Account' page.

Do I need to create an account to post a job on AirportTalent.com?

Yes, you do. When you want to post a job, you will be asked to create an employer profile before you can post the job. Register to post a job or contact us if you have any questions.


How do I place an order?

Go to post a job, select product and follow the instructions. If you need help, get in touch.


How much do jobs cost?

Jobs start at 199 Euro for a Standard Job. If you have more than 1 job, please see the Jobs Package in pricingWe also create custom plans for more specific hiring requirements. Our team is fully committed to your success, working with you from day one. For special pricing, contact us


How long will my job be online for?

Jobs will be online for 30 or 60 days, depending on your needs and the job you selected. At the end of the period, you can renew the job listing for another 30 or 60 days. 


What size should the logo be?

The recommended size for employer logo is 150 pixels


Can I view any statistics?

Yes, you can. On the My Account page you can see how many people viewed your job, applied to your job and the job's click rate.


How can I get applicants for my job?

Many job seekers are not attracted to traditional job descriptions. Successful job descriptions should be story-based telling job seekers what they can do, learn and become. So, talk with your marketing, communication or branding department to help you write a good job description that will get attention and more applicants. If you need help, order a job review to have your job rewritten for optimal results. 


How do I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of job listings, all purchases are non refundable.


How do I pay?

AirportTalent.com uses Stripe to accept payments via major credit and debit cards. 

You can also pay via PayPal. For this you need a PayPal account. If you don't have one, visit PayPal and create an account. You can also pay by credit card using PayPal Express. For this you do not need to have a PayPal account. If you need help, contact us.


Can you invoice me?

We are set up for online payment. If you prefer that we invoice you, we can. However, your job posting or profile will not be online until after your payment has been received. Payments are due up front prior to a job being published. Once an order is placed and payment is made, it is non-refundable. Request an invoice by contacting us.


Is paying online secure?

Yes. We use Stripe as main payment gateway to safeguard your payment information. Your information is encrypted and sent through a 256-bit Secure Socket Layer so that it cannot be read in transit by a third party. 


How do I remove a job?

Your job will automatically be removed from our site after 30 or 60 days, depending on the job you got. Also, if your application date is before the jobs ends, the job will automatically be deactivated. To remove your job earlier, contact us and we will do this for you.


How do you ensure application quality?

We manually and regularly review all candidate registrations on our website and in our email list, all to maintain quality.


How long will it take for my job to appear on AirportTalent.com?

All jobs are moderated prior to appearing on AirportTalent.com. Generally, it will take no more than 48 hours and a maximum of 72 hours before a job is approved. If you need to have your published immediately, contact us and we will do our utmost to get your job published soonest.


Is my job promoted anywhere?

Yes, your job will be promoted on our website, in Job Alerts which is sent to job seekers based on their specific requirements and on social media channels like LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Plus. Furthermore, we promote jobs by email via our candidate email newsletter.


What happens if a job is filled before 30 days?

You can sign in into your account and close the job. Because your job is filled before the 30 days are over, your job closes. 


What happens to my job if the application closing date is within 30 days?

Your job will expire. This means it will no longer be listed because your job’s application closing date has passed.


What is the difference between Full Time, Contract, Contractor and Freelance?

We define these terms as follows:

  • Full-time is a salary-based position, usually on-site, long-term and 40 hours per week.
  • Contract is temporary or temporary to permanent position.
  • Contractor usually works on-site some or all of the time.
  • Freelance is outsourced work, usually short-term with work often done independent of location.


What type of jobs can be posted?

Only aviation and aviation-related jobs will be published. This can be a job at an airport, airline, in aviation or working with airports, airlines, within aviation. For example, the job can be an airport planner at a civil engineering company, a data scientist role at an technology company that provides services in the aviation sector, or a marketing director at a technology company that is focused on the aviation market. If you are in doubt about your job, contact us.


When is the best time to post jobs?

Timing does matter in the hiring process. Posting your job at the right time can improve the chances to make a good hire. According to a 2016 study by Indeed, the best time to post jobs is Tuesday lunchtime (US time zone). For highly-educated talent, the best time is Sunday evening (again US time zone). And according to Workable (32% of their website audience is from the United States), you should not post your jobs on Friday but Sunday evening or Monday morning when candidates are most active. While eQuest (a global job distributor) says that Wednesday is the day when job seekers are most active and most responsive to job listings. Conclusion is to avoid posting your jobs on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.


Where are job seekers located?

AirportTalent.com visitors are based in North America (38%), Western Europe (23%), Australia and New Zealand (6%), UAE (4%) with the remainder in the rest of the world (based on a snapshot in March 2018).

On New Airport Insider, the audience is located in Europe (45%), North America (24%), Asia (19%), Australia and New Zealand (6%), South America (4%), Africa (2%).  


Why was my job not approved?

We moderate job listings based on a few criteria, including:

  • All job listings must be in English.
  • Professional, management or administrative roles only.
  • Only actual, real jobs can be posted. No career events, recruitment drives or generic job posts. If you have an announcement to make, then we recommend a website banner. For banner details, see below. 
  • This job site is for aviation and aviation-related jobs only.
  • Jobs need to have a location. If your company offers the job with multiple locations, add a location to the job and mention multiple locations at the end of the job post. Alternatively, you can create a separate job for each location. If your job is remote, add "(Remote)" to job title and continent name in the location field.
  • Registered employers must use an email and/or domain associated with the company.
  • Your job listing must have adequate information, including contact information and:

For full and part time jobs, write position details, including what exactly will the applicant be doing, salary range and skills you require.

For projects, please be as specific as possible about the nature of your project as well as your budget.  


Do you have website banners?

Yes, however, product details are not public. We have 4 banner options. They are limited in availability and as follows:

- Header banner

- Footer banner

- Right side banner

- Inline banner

If you are interested in pricing, contact us. We prefer banner requests for 6 to 12 months or longer.


Did you know?

You can include a link to your company's terms of service and privacy policy in the job description. Job seekers may look to these documents to understand how data associated with their applications may be used by you and any third parties you share their data with.

It’s easy to reset your password, whether you’ve forgotten it or just need to change it. Simply click here and enter your email address and we will send you a reset link.


How do I delete my account?

We're sorry to see you go. If you are sure you want close your account, you must first log in and go to the "My Account" page. Head to your profile, scroll down and click "Delete Profile"
