The roles have the option to be based in any of the following ports: Denpasar (Bali) Jakarta Surabaya Requirements You must possess the following: Must be a holder of a current Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL); Must have a valid and current Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and Medical Class 1; Must have a minimum of 500 required hours as PilotIn-Command on ATR 72-500/ATR 72-600; Last date of flight within six (6) months; and Minimum ICAO Level Four (4) English. Aviation Labour Group has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced  Airline Training Manager , to join the expanding aviation operation of our client based in Nuku'alofa, Tonga. Our client is a commercial organisation with a growing flight schedule and will offer the successful candidate continuous professional development as well as attractive working conditions and relocation allowances.          Initially for a long-term period of two years, this contract will be based on fulltime working arrangements, with a very competitive remuneration package. Some of the key areas of responsibility for this role are: Become familiar with the airline operational manuals to gain substantial knowledge of current procedures company-wide Revise training material across all operational departments, as well as devise standards that facilitate consistency in the delivery of training programs and initiatives Understand and apply civil aviation regulations included in Part 121 to the implementation of training policies and procedures Regulate training records company-wide, and conduct audits that ensure the consistency and compliance of training standards To be successful, you will require: Ideally degree-qualified in Aeronautical Studies or the alike Certification and/or relevant industry experience in Training and Development, particularly in a commercial airline environment Experience in working collaboratively with a civil aviation authority, including interpretation of legislation for airline operations and training ICAO-recognised pilot licence or permit is highly desirable Ability to be based in Tonga for the duration of the contract Ability to pass a full security check for the issuance of a working permit in Tonga If you address the above criteria and are interested, please apply now.
